Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you visit our site. We use cookies and tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), to measure how visitors use our site and the performance of our advertising. Through these tools, Meta receives information including your IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We do not store this information on our own servers. See “Third parties” below.

When you create an account or purchase.

• Your email address, which we use to log you in, deliver your AI Identity session, and send related correspondence.
• Your password, which is stored in encrypted (hashed) form. We cannot view your password.
• Payment information, which is collected and stored by Stripe — not by us. We retain only a reference to your Stripe transaction (no card numbers, no billing address).

When you complete an AI Identity session. The content of your session conversation, and the identity documents we deliver to you. These are stored in our database so you can return to them.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers beyond what’s listed above.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and related cookies to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences on Meta platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings or use ad-preference tools on Meta platforms.

Third parties we share data with

We use the following services to operate. Each receives only the data needed to do its job and operates under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment details directly.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement and audience-building. Meta receives event data such as page visits and purchases.
• Anthropic — provides the AI used during your identity session. Your conversation content is processed by Anthropic and may be retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days under their standard retention policy.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (purchase confirmations and similar notifications).
• Supabase — hosts our database, where your account, session, and document data is stored.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

Your email, session conversations, and delivered documents are retained until you request deletion. Stripe and Anthropic retain data per their own policies — Stripe for tax and compliance reasons, and Anthropic under a default retention window of approximately 30 days.

Your rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of advertising tracking through Meta’s preference tools

To exercise these rights, email support@wiredtothrive.net. We will delete your data from our own systems on request. Note that Stripe retains payment records for tax and anti-fraud compliance regardless of deletion requests, and Anthropic’s standard retention applies to AI conversation data sent through their service.

Children

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change.
